The thing that I don't like is the billing. I am unsheltered homeless for the last 2 years with medicaid and no income. I'm almost 50 to my onhoing Healthcare is a priority for me. I just got a letter in the mail where Cone Health sent my accounts to a credit recovery management company for $28.00. Ruining my credit and future chances of me getting housing and other items/services that I may need that are based on a credit approval. This is sad. How can I pay when I have zero assets, income and have lost all my worldly possessions, lost all hope, and lost my mind because of homelessness. All I can think about is survival. It's too far-fetched for me to pray that I survive and thrive when I am too busy wondering where food and other necessities to live are gunna come from. I guess I'll just have bad credit AGAIN because I sure don't see $28 dropping from the sky in my future no time soon. Smh

Everyone was wonderful. From registration, to Connor RN triaging us, Brandi RN being our primary nurse, Hunter RN who was in charge coming to check on us, Katie RT checking my daughters respiratory effort, and Dr. Penna for being wonderful with my sick kiddo. Drawbridge ED has exemplary staff and while I hope I never have to take my kiddo to the ER again, Drawbridge will be our stop.

I personally love how clean and spacious the place is as well as how much sunlight you get through the windows.

The atmosphere was warm and festive, with great energy throughout the evening. The hot chocolate bar was a big hit and added such a cozy touch to the experience. Mr. & Mrs. Clause were delightful and engaging, making it a truly magical night for kids and adults alike. Well organized and full of holiday cheer—definitely an event we’d love to attend again!
