  I had an absolutely wonderful experience at LeBauer Neurology and cannot recommend them highly enough! Mahina checked me in, and she was SO kind, conversational, and welcoming. Her soft-spoken, friendly manner immediately put me at ease. She was easy to talk to and made the start of my appointment feel calm and reassuring. Dr. Hill has some of the best bedside manner I have ever experienced with a physician. He is incredibly knowledgeable, laid back, and informative, and he spoke with me on my level rather than above me. Most importantly, he worked with me to create a mutual treatment plan, making me feel like a true partner in my own care rather than just a witness to it. That level of respect and collaboration is rare and deeply appreciated. Ty checked me out at the end of my time here today, and he was sunshine in human form. He was wearing a tie-dye shirt and a sparkly, colorful badge reel that said "good vibes only," which perfectly matched his bubbly, joyful energy. I loved chatting with him and bonding over our shared love of Stranger Things. He truly ended the visit on the happiest note! My appointment here on New Year’s Eve closed 2025 in a beautiful, affirming way. From start to finish, this team made me feel heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. Thank you!

  Dr.Hill decided to lecture me about going to ER and said to call me I did and could not get an appointment for 3 months so writing this from urgent care in other words he has not solved my problem and I recommend finding another doctor

  Dr Jeremy Hill was nice, his bedside manner was the absolute best! He explained everything thoroughly. He listened answered my questions. My visit was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend him.

  My mother needed to have an MRI done and required medication to help her relax during the procedure. She contacted the doctor's office the day before the MRI, requesting that the medication be sent to the pharmacy. However, she never heard back from them. She kept checking with the pharmacy, but they had not received any prescription. When I got home from work, I contacted the after-hours nurse, who submitted the request. She advised me to call the office the next morning to confirm they had received it. I called, and they told me the prescription had been sent. Unfortunately, the pharmacy did not have it in stock. I was advised to contact the doctor's office to have it sent to another pharmacy. I called about four times to ensure it was being handled because my mother needs this MRI to hopefully get answers about her health. The last person I spoke with said she would personally walk back and make sure the nurse received the message. I called the pharmacy again, but they still had not received the order. I kept trying to reach someone at the doctor’s office, but the phone just rang. It is now an hour and a half before the appointment, and nothing has been resolved. They know how serious this situation is, yet they refuse to help her. I’m incredibly disappointed and frustrated. I’m not sure what to do from here, but we will move forward. My mother deserves quality care from people who truly care.

  Would not even give them 1 star, they were very rude, and made my son wait over and hour and a half before seeing him , they took days to call in his prescriptions ,very very dissatisfied
