- VCVital Flow Juice Co.Jul 15, 20252.0I’ve been a loyal patient at your practice for several years now, consistently coming in for lab work and checkups around three times a year. Until now, I’ve always had a positive experience and trusted the care I received. However, I feel compelled to express my serious concern regarding the lab work I received today. A young Hispanic technician performed my blood draw, and I can confidently say it was the most painful and uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had in all my years of getting blood work done. It was evident that she was inexperienced and did not follow the standard procedure I’ve consistently experienced in the past. She wiped and immediately stuck the needle with no clear steps or reassurance and the pain was extreme. I left feeling not only physically hurt but extremely frustrated and disappointed. This experience was completely out of line with the high standards I’ve come to expect from your team. I’m reaching out not to place blame but to ensure that proper training and oversight are in place so that no other patient has to endure that level of pain or lack of professionalism. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I truly hope it leads to improvements in patient care.
