  I’ve been a loyal patient at your practice for several years now, consistently coming in for lab work and checkups around three times a year. Until now, I’ve always had a positive experience and trusted the care I received. However, I feel compelled to express my serious concern regarding the lab work I received today. A young Hispanic technician performed my blood draw, and I can confidently say it was the most painful and uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had in all my years of getting blood work done. It was evident that she was inexperienced and did not follow the standard procedure I’ve consistently experienced in the past. She wiped and immediately stuck the needle with no clear steps or reassurance and the pain was extreme. I left feeling not only physically hurt but extremely frustrated and disappointed. This experience was completely out of line with the high standards I’ve come to expect from your team. I’m reaching out not to place blame but to ensure that proper training and oversight are in place so that no other patient has to endure that level of pain or lack of professionalism. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I truly hope it leads to improvements in patient care.

  I went to this office for the first time a few months ago and saw Dr Caleb Parker. He was very nice and seemed to really care about my concerns, I have no issues with my care from Dr Parker. What I am upset about is my bill that I had been paying on was sent to collections without any notice. It was never stated on my bills I was receiving, nothing was sent to my mailbox saying it would be sent to collections if I didn’t set up a payment plan, there wasn’t even a due date on my bill. I called the office to try to resolve it and the woman I spoke to was pretty rude about it and stated that if you don’t set up a payment plan within 120 days of the DOS they will automatically send it to collections and there was nothing to do about it except pay in full. If I was made aware I would have started a payment plan before this and not had to pay the remainder of the bill upfront when I wasn’t expecting to.

  Kelly the receptionist not only answered all of my questions but was quick and went above and beyond to get me seen today. Great customer service!

  Very clean facility with polite and professional staff. Check in staff delightful, the nurse was very attentive as was the x-ray tech. Dr. Rigby came recommended by other athletes in the area and I quickly understood why after meeting him. He has outstanding bedside manner and is very knowledgeable. I never felt rushed or talked down to. I highly recommend this facility based on my experience.
