My doctor told me don't worry THEY will contact you, yeah right. After reading all the reviews I can understand the low rating so maybe I'm better off. Would hate to think what I would go through during a colonoscopy. Goin' somewhere else.

My appointment was on time and Dr Garrett was so professional and pleasant to have attend to my concerns. She took the time to listen and answer any and all questions and concerns I had. I am confident in her diagnosis and will definitely recommend Cone Health LeBauer GI in the future.

Finally parked and only one elevator working so waited almost 10 minutes for it then a person in front of me checking in so ended up being 12 minutes late and was told sorry they can’t see you reschedule! I wasn’t even seeing a doctor only PA. Took 6 weeks to get this appointment 🤷♀️. I said isn’t my appointment 30 minutes long so I should still have half the time available and was told no only 20 minutes. For real 20 minutes?? For a new patient?? No thanks!
