  I saw Dr Motwani a couple of months ago regarding thyroid issues. I waited months to get in, but it was the worst experience with a doctor I have ever had. She clearly did not look at my history, which is in My Chart. She was unaware of the medication that I was already on, even though I filled out the new patient forms, AND everything is in my chart. She was unaware of a procedure I had already done 3 years ago until I mentioned it (again ALL of this is available to her before the appt) While I list off things that I have tried she then decides to look at My Chart and begins discussing my information, however, the information that she is talking about is not even correct. I think she may have been in another patient's account or did not know how to read it. She got defensive and argued that I was hyPER and not hyPO when it can to my thyroid, I told her ive always been hypo. I even logged in to My Chart and it stated hypo. She was very demeaning and rude. I could list so many more things that happened during that short visit. I've never left in tears from a doctor until that day!

  I have had nothing but pleasant experiences from Dr. Gherghe at Lebauer Endocrinology. I have been her patient for 5 years now. I am even living a 3 hr drive away from her office now and STILL make that drive because of her quality of care, empathy, treatment, and approachable personality. It is hard to find a good doctor you trust, makes you feel heard, values your experiences, and makes an accurate diagnosis. Dr. Gherghe diagnosed me with Hashimotos & hypothyroidism 5 years ago and the first prescription she put me on immediately changed my quality of life for the better. I am grateful for her service and am trusting of her as my doctor, and choose to travel to see her over getting a more convenient doctor locally. What's more, some of these reviews claim she has said some things I would *NEVER* imagine her saying. It does not sound like her at all. These reviews are scary, but skewed. Note that this business has been open for over 8 years and only has 35 reviews. People are more likely to leave bad reviews than good ones anywhere. This is my attempt to combat them, because good doctors like Dr. Gherghe do not deserve slander.

  It's impossible to make an appointment. No one is answering the office phone. I tried to call them a couple of times this week. I'm on hold for more than 30 min right now and still no one is answering. Update:tried to call the phone number below. Left the voicemail. No one called me back...

  Staff was very pleasant and helpful. First time visit, was skeptical after reading previous reviews, but I don't have any complaints about the office or staff, only complaint I have is the lack of parking for such a large medical building.
