Takes several days and if you miss the call and call back they dont seem to worry with you. Never a live person. I try to do it through my chart but unable to do so.

We have been getting a bill for over a year with threats of a collection because they are refusing to bill it properly. We have filed a formal complaint twice through our insurance company and they still aren't doing it properly! Stay away from this place.
