I was concerned because of the reviews but as a Cone employee, I thought I’d give it a try. Very long time on hold with the office. Kind of OK with that just how things are. The receptionist was nice and very professional. She wouldn’t allow me to make an appointment until we filled out a questionnaire she sent it to me, and it was kind of inappropriate. I don’t think me having required questions about when my 17-year-old daughter started to walk and talk and feed herself is very specific to a 17-year-old teenager. When I looked at the reviews online, I was disappointed. I talked to another counseling service who gets almost a five star rating, and I got to talk to receptionist to listen to me for 20 minutes and we have an appointment in two days. She got her a counselor that looks like it’s going to be a perfect fit and gets great reviews. They take our insurance and while there are forms to fill out, it did not stop us from getting an appointment. As a Cone Provider, I’m disappointed in the home team, but I have to do what’s best for my daughter.

My daughter's name is not a name you will easily mix up with someone else's. I realize they didn't have my new phone number to contact me, but why was it canceled in the first place? Please do a better job of keeping your patients records together so you can keep up with who you tested. I will not return, and will turn this over to the BBB
