My experience with Dr. Knight was wonderful! He was patient and engaged with me and provided several options for me to try before even considering surgery. The front desk staff was great as well, and my nurse tech who took my vitals was extremely courteous. I highly recommend Dr. Knight for all ENT needs and concerns.

Had a wonderful experience with Jeff Hedges at this office. He was patient, detailed and welcoming. I never felt like he was rushing to get to the next patient which I greatly appreciated. We left the office feeling confident in our plan moving forward regarding treatment for our daughter.

The audiologist is good. She's funny, gentle, and kind. My ENT, Dr. Patel, is, hands down, the best ENT I have had in three states.
He's extremely thorough and caring.
He doesn't make you feel rushed and takes the time to explain things in a way you can understand easily without being condescending. He also recommends out if you need to see a specialist for something more specific. This shows his humility and humanity.
It is because of Dr. Patel that I will return to this office! Also, thank you to J. L. for following up with me.

*WISHING I COULD GIVE IT A “ZERO STAR” REVIEW!*
I had been referred to be seen by Dr. Liuba Soldatova through an ER visit the day prior. The day of the appointment, the office staff called and said that I COULD come in early as there was a cancellation before my scheduled appointment. I got there as quickly as possible. Once arrived, I was immediately taken back to the exam room where Dr. Liuba Soldatova was already waiting at the door. She came in and “read over the referral notes” claiming I was there for a simple ear infection. She did not seem to know it was for something far greater than an ear infection. She didn’t know what medications I was on, nor did she ask. She did a quick check of both my ears, and said “your ear shouldn’t look like that, I’ll swab it and send it out for testing, but it’s probably just TMJ.” She did not explain to me what appeared wrong, and she also did not follow up as to how long it would take or how the results of the testing would be communicated with me. I asked her how this type of bone infection could’ve come about, (infection was confirmed by CT scan in the ER) and all she said was “ear trauma”. I have not experienced any ear trauma, so I was left confused. She then “called another medication” for me. It has been a week, and that medication has not been called in- and I was already prescribed that medication and taken off of it in the ER. As she walked out of the room, she said “they will check you out down the hall”.
The nurse tech came in to do all the check in procedures after the doctor left the room, and said “she has a surgery to get to”. I was in the office for no more than 10 minutes. I left still in pain, with no answers to any of my questions.
I reached out to the office expressing my disappointment and asked to see another provider who actually had time to see me, because that was not an adequate appointment. I was told I was not allowed to see another provider and that they “don’t treat TMJ in the office anyway.”
I am so disappointed in her lack of time and attention. If surgery was the priority, appointments should never be made in that same time frame.

I would love to thank Dr.Teoh. For helping me be able to breathe. The surgery was not bad. Getting over. It was not too bad either. But I wish I would have seen you years ago. Thank you so much.
