Very good care each time I’ve had to visit. Special thanks to Greg this time around, he went the extra mile. I left with new equipment, knee brace and walker, but the team made sure I was well taken care of.

I visited twice and there was no wait. However, the 2nd time when I came in the weekend night, staff was slow in many things after checking into the room. Some of them made some tiny mistakes such as no one was aware VS wires were going under my body, even staff forgot to remove rubber band from my arm after drawing the blood. There was one staff on my first visit, I repeatedly asked what monitor was showing, she basically just ignored me. I do not think that was right attitude.
Stephanie was an excellent nurse; she was caring and helpful the whole time. On the 2nd visit, the NP was right about my fight and flight condition at that point.
Two MDs that I encountered on the first visit were caring bu unfortunately, skin rashes dx was misdiagnosed from the beginning and had misled both me and ER professionals at that point.
Therefore, I was being MIS-diagnosed with wide range of different diagnoses from 6 clinicians with 5 visits in both Cones ERs and urgent cares for two months. They really dragged me through two months of hell- mentally and physically. Meanwhile, the infestation was getting more intense and worse. Subsequently, untreated root cause and side effects from wrong meds had pushed me into "fight and flight" mode, which eventually triggering other organ systems symptoms and nerve breakdown that I am still dealing with.
It was confirmed later as a common mite infestation by the dermatologist, which I had to jump outside of Cones health system and pay cash to find out. It actually only requires a bit scaping and a microscope to detect a disease, but NO... I was sent on a merry chase for longer and more torments. Apparently, this is not something you can dx just by looking at it. (however, this is all they did), and I think a microscope should be a basic equipment for ER or urgent care.
The false confidence and incompetence on med professionals are really beyond my belief. All the delay of right dx and tx resulted in wild-fire type of spread on my body. I am still not that well after 3 applications of first-line med at this point.

Receptionist was nice, triage nurses didn't want to be at work! That's all I kept hearing how bad they're ready to go! One of them didn't even say a word while in the room popping gum at such a mature age! Then I go to the lobby and then I'm placed in a room quickly. The male nurse that I had was the only compassionate soul I encountered. The PA was straight to the point, can't say much there. Then the Tech comes in the room, not knowing or caring I could hear the whispering outside the door. Working in healthcare myself, I have never been on the patient end and treated so poorly. I came here because it's new and thought the staff would be pretty good! To be a part of the system and to be treated so poorly. I will not be coming back here! I am appalled with the delivery of service here!

Last night I went into the er hoping for answers with abdominal pain and nausea with dizziness.
They were quick to take blood then set me in the waiting room for 2 and a half more hours. Finally they call me back. I get put in a room and left for another hour and a half. Dr Finally comes in with test results they tell me look normal and the were not put on my chart till the next morning where I have some test that show abnormal. But im told everything is normal. Then I ask for atleast a ultrasound to check my pancreas and gallbladder and im told they don't have a tech at the emergency room that can do that are you kidding me!
