  Receptionist was nice, triage nurses didn't want to be at work! That's all I kept hearing how bad they're ready to go! One of them didn't even say a word while in the room popping gum at such a mature age! Then I go to the lobby and then I'm placed in a room quickly. The male nurse that I had was the only compassionate soul I encountered. The PA was straight to the point, can't say much there. Then the Tech comes in the room, not knowing or caring I could hear the whispering outside the door. Working in healthcare myself, I have never been on the patient end and treated so poorly. I came here because it's new and thought the staff would be pretty good! To be a part of the system and to be treated so poorly. I will not be coming back here! I am appalled with the delivery of service here!

  Last night I went into the er hoping for answers with abdominal pain and nausea with dizziness. They were quick to take blood then set me in the waiting room for 2 and a half more hours. Finally they call me back. I get put in a room and left for another hour and a half. Dr Finally comes in with test results they tell me look normal and the were not put on my chart till the next morning where I have some test that show abnormal. But im told everything is normal. Then I ask for atleast a ultrasound to check my pancreas and gallbladder and im told they don't have a tech at the emergency room that can do that are you kidding me!

  From the check in to the triage Nurse Courtney and my Nurse Amanda my Experience their was nothing but phenomenal I was Experiencing EXTREME right shoulder pain and when I came my pain score was A 10 Amanda and the entire staff made me comfortable and took care of me like a 5 star Faculty 🌟 should be Iam a conehealth employee myself and everyone at Drawbridge was so caring I left there with a pain score of 2 and wanted to be apart of the Drawbridge family as an employee!!!! The entire atmosphere was warm and inviting I will be going back to my home unit and brag about the 5 Star treatment I received at Drawbridge Truly in line with Conehealth WE'RE RIGHT HERE WITH YOU !!! Thank you ER Team for a great Experience while I was in so much PAIN !!!

  Today was my first visit at this ER and I am so grateful to the team here for their excellent care! I was warmly greeted upon arrival, which is very rare in an ER setting. I was taken into a room very promptly and within a few minutes, a team of nurses, a respiratory therapist, an X-ray tech, and the doctor were all in ready to help me. They provided me with great care, didn’t rush to get me in or out, and made sure all of my questions were answered. The facilities were very clean. I was very impressed and pleased with my visit today!

  I had such a positive experience at Drawbridge ED. I was taken back promptly as I had concerns with chest pains and the care I received was outstanding! Brenda, Amanda and Sr. Paterson took excellent care of me and made sure I had a follow up cardiology appt before I left. Excellent service and kind staff!
