Crossroads is a group of caring mental health professionals who treat a range of problems, integrating medical, psychological, social and spiritual principles.
My provider was great, but office staff and nurses are unempathetic, unorganized, and some are downright disrespectful. Even my provider agrees that there are administration problems that are out of her control. I'm disappointed to take my needs elsewhere, but it's clear that only positive reviews are acknowledged and Cone Health is more interested in their social marketing than correcting problems that are mentioned over and over in negative reviews. Easy decision after so many different concerns with different staff. Good luck in your search and journey!
Note for Cone staff: I suggest you speak with the front office staff and hold them accountable. Read the negative reviews and there is a clear problem of what is going on. Lack of training, supervision, and accountability is costing you money and good people who are reaching out for help are left struggling or perhaps worse. Shame on the leadership allowing this to continue.

As others have stated, I have been having difficulties with refilling my prescription as well. I do not have any problems with my doctor, however this is not the first time the receptionist has been rude and inconsiderate regarding my concern. It’s not the best experience when the front desk staff at a mental health clinic dismiss your frustrations.
