I would like to express a concern regarding my ultrasound appointment today. The ultrasound technician who assisted me, Rebecca, was very unfriendly and dismissive throughout the visit. She did not explain what she was examining during the ultrasound and would not answer my questions when I asked them.
I am currently 35 weeks pregnant and was experiencing a cough. I was asked to wear a mask, which I agreed to do, but I explained that if I felt short of breath while lying down, I might need to remove it briefly. Instead of responding with understanding, she stated that I should be grateful I was being seen at all while not feeling well, which felt inappropriate and unprofessional.
I also asked about receiving a 3D ultrasound and was told it would only be done “if there was time.” Additionally, I waited approximately 35 minutes in the waiting room despite the office not appearing to be crowded. Overall, I felt rushed, uncomfortable, and not treated with the level of care and respect I would expect during a prenatal appointment.

So I have to give JADE with lactation a 5 star review. The last time I was nursing I had a million problems and none of them got fixed so I gave up. She is extremely knowledgeable and has helped me every time I have had an issue. I almost had mastitis when I first started nursing and she recommended “booby gymnastics and lymphatic massage as well as icing while laying down”. That helped prevent mastitis when my milk first came in. Then I got mastitis because someone at the hospital recommended I use a 21 mm instead of the 17 and 19 mm my nipples needed. She told me to try the right size again, and lo and behold all of the knots are gone and my breasts are back to being soft. She’s AMAZING. Thank you so much Jade for your help! I am excited I won’t be giving up this go around while I breastfeed and pump.
Jeanette when I was pregnant went above and beyond when I was at the end of my pregnancy. I had just found out my baby was Growth restricted, in the 1 percentile & needing to be induced due to her low weight. I had just come from ultrasound and was stressed and all up in my feels when I came for my routine high risk check up. I was high risk due to history of pregnancy hypertension in my first pregnancy and had hypothyroidism and asthma I couldn’t get under control because I developed pneumonia in my second trimester in this pregnancy. She came in to check on me and say hi (I had her and another Dr the last visit) and she knew something was wrong and asked me how I was doing to which I started crying hysterically. She talked to me about what was going on, reassured me about being induced, and allowed me to calm down before they took my blood pressure. My husband and mom were not with me at that visit & she was my support in that scary moment. I will never forget how she made me feel seen/heard/ and validated while in that moment, it felt as though everything was falling apart.
Lastly Dr John Cresenzo was by far the favorite Dr I saw. He always listened, and showed the perfect balance of “listening to your patient since they know their bodies & being the professional and knowing what is best”. He validated my wishes for my birth plan and also explained how some things on my plan may not be possible and why. He did so in a way tastefully and tactfully. He did also go over other care options I had an answered all of my questions so I could make the best and most informed decision for me and my baby.
I wasn’t pleased with all my encounters here as they rotate doctors each visit, but these three people here, all made my second pregnancy a lot smoother than my first.

My experience with this facility is quite frankly annoying ! If I need to talk to a nurse about something I’m experiencing in my pregnancy and I am a first time mom ; I’m never connect with anyone that I’ve worked with before. They connect me with a nurse that was in Nashville Tennessee and in the midst of talking to the nurse about what I’m experiencing she asks me “ is there a chance you may be pregnant “ when that was the whole point of me calling and at that time I was 17 weeks pregnant. My experience has not been personable ! Fast forward 21 weeks pregnant and scheduled my most important appointment which is the anatomy scan when I was just only 8 weeks pregnancy 13 weeks ago this appointment has been scheduled. 1 hour before my appointment they called and canceled my appointment and said that the tech had jury duty ! YOU LITERALLY FIND OUT ABOUT JURY DUTY WEEKS BEFORE YOU HAVE IT WHY WASNT THERE COVERAGE AND IF NOT ENLIGH COVERAGE WHY DIDNT YOU RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT WEEKS AGO . It was very inconsiderate and now my appointment that’s supposed to happen at 20 weeks is not happening 7 weeks later ! Highly disappointed in the care I’ve received!
