  Donna Lo the “nurse” was absolutely terrible. She was nasty, rude insulting and even hung up on me all because she had my due date wrong! She cancelled and rescheduled my appointment without asking me to a day I will be out of town. Then she claimed that I can’t have a certain test until I was 10 weeks, when I explained that I was going to be over 10 weeks by that day she went insane and hung up on me. I’m now having to speak with a lawyer and the medical board to look into suing for refusing me care. She even tried making fun of my height and weight! Donna also instructed the receptionists not to schedule me any more appointments! The receptionists never answer the phones are also nasty. When I finally was able to get through to the office manager, Ashley, she was also nasty and defended Donna the “nurse” who hung up on me! She said that “Donna had the right to hang up on anyone she wants and decline care to anyone!” I will be suing this office into the ground!!!!!

  Dr. Miller is the absolute best. She is the most caring Dr I have ever seen and has the greatest staff. So thankful I found her.

  Been trying to make an appointment but no one answer the phone. Always ring to go to vm. Tried calling in morning, afternoon, and evening.
