- ASAhmari SmithNov 5, 20253.0Tech was rude on the walk in made the appointment very dull. Printed only 2 pictures for the whole 1 hour long scan and didn’t do a 3D of her face at all when there was perfect opportunity. I asked the doctor who was very nice and gave me a few. Definitely prefer my OBGYN for my ultrasounds but they sent me here for the anatomy scan.

But there is always a wait of at least more than 40-50 minutes after the scheduled appointment time, in between technicians and doctors.. difficult to schedule or reschedule appointments, since this is the only facility for all Cone Women’s Health centers in Triad area. Cone either needs to build more Ultrasound facilities or hire more staff.

- MEMessi EssieMar 13, 20252.0Staff was really nice. Also, the ultrasound techs did a good job. My problem is with the doctors! I didn’t have this problem last year or at the beginning of my pregnancy but approaching that six month timeframe I started to notice after my visits. The doctors will literally run out the room. It was a middle eastern doctor who had told me something about my babies weight, which kind of caught me off guard so in the middle of my question of trying to ask him, he was already at the door. There was also a Caucasian doctor on the younger side that did the same thing I don’t know what’s going on or if these doctors are just afraid of questions these days and put all the work on the ultrasound techs But to me that makes me feel very uncomfortable and it’s not ok to be so quick to want to run out of the room. I understand there are other patients but you take your time with the one you’re with.
