  I went there a couple times in the past when I was 12-14 and I want to say it’s a good place but I simply can’t. When I first when their I was confused on why I got no help. And why the staff was so uncaring at first I thought it was a fun joke but it wasn’t. A staff member Mr Joseph told us he was not here for us he was there for money . And then a friend I made there told staff she didn’t wanna go home because she wasn’t ready. They told her they her time to stay was up and she came back with 20x worse self harm on her. Never go to this place they silence you an isolate you.

  One of the worst facilities I’ve encountered. My daughter was admitted involuntarily, but not one doctor or nurse has spoken with her one n one to determine her needs. Ive called multiple times and endless messages just to not get a call back. She’s on her 4th day of 7 day stay and still no one knows how she’s feeling. This is why people are afraid to get help because they help is basically locking them away and not gettjng to the root of the problem. I wouldn’t recommend this facility on anyone.

  I’d give them no stars if I could. The Doctor laughed at me as I was trying to figure out my loved ones situation that was inside the facility. The staff said they don’t have people who advocate for patients. Then a social worker reached out who was kind and ended up helping and advocating for my loved one and we got her out of there.
