genuinely terrible. i came here desperately needed help. instead of getting help the night provider disrespected me and tried to tell me that there was nothing wrong with me. ive had depression for years and i reached a point. i lied to go home the next morning just to get away from the workers. all night staff are terribly rude and literally make u feel like asking for anything is asking for too much. the people that took my blood werent nice at all and were speaking down on me literally the entire time. my friend AND i both had the same experience where we heard the workers literally talking shit about us the night we were admitted. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. this experience sent me into a relapse. you all suck

i went here in january and may i say it was horrible, i was on the unit for minors and it was pure isolation. theres something called red and its when you cant do any group stuff except for therapy OR eat with everyone, your stuck alone being watched over. the staff was unhelpful and rude before i left one of them straight up told me i act like a brat and i have a tough guy persona. they also dont allow ANY visitors besides one parent a day dor an hour in a public room along with one 5 minute phone call a day listened on by staff and it has to be a parent or registered sibling. the food was litterally just school food in a different enviorment and i was not treated at all, they let a suicidal girl go home that was barely 13 after i reported she was going to hurt herself if released. i wasnt protected from myself and i was miserable and deppressed. i was deprived of any happiness and if not in therapy stuck inside a boring white room with NOTHING in it but my clothes a crappy shower and a bed glued to the floor with a weak pillow and thin blanket. the psychologist also invalidated my struggles (suicidal, bipolar) many times constantly asking why i am the way i am and saying i have no reason to be this way.overall the experience was horrible and if you want your kid to get better, DO NOT SEND THEM TO THOSE PLACE!!

I went to their urgent care dept. BEWARE of these people if you have important prescriptions that you want to keep. They will cancel and change your meds for no reason. I personally had two diabetic medications that my pcp and endocrinologist prescribed me this year. One was cancelled and the other reduced to 1/4 dose. This decision was made unilaterally without ever consulting me or my doctors, and without EVER testing my blood sugar in the week I was there. That was the most problematic, but there were other changes as well. Now I can’t check into Daymark until I can get those fixed.

This place is so horrible I literally had to fight my way out of this place I’m highly considering taking legal action against this facility disgusting that they even consider their self’s a healthcare facility disgusting conditions very unprofessional staff and nurses infested with bugs and they have men and women mixed together with very little supervision they keep you drugged and bill the hell out of your insurance

I have seen so many negative reviews about this place. However, my experience during my son Yahki admission was truly a blessing and excellent. I have to say some of the customer service reps can be insensitive 😑 which is the first form of contract to get through to the nurses, Provider, or your love ones Care-Team. It first, there insensitiveness was annoying to me, but then, I began to look at things differently. There lack of insensitivity, give me a determination to show them how much I care about my son and his Mental health. And if this meant calling a 100 times until I got through to speak to his nurse or his provider, then I qould. Although, I did not call a hundred time, but I did called and show up at Cone Health Behavioral Hospital until I was able to speak to several nurses, staffs, a Doctor, (Provider), and the Manager who were more then caring and help during his time at the hospital. Thanks you all so very Much. May God continue to blessed your entire team for what you all do daily for our love ones. Special thanks to Agee, Tina, Elizabeth, Dr.P, Laura, Mike who goes by the name ( slick ), Ayesha, and several others that I have forgotten your names. Thanks so much for your prayers and for taking care of my Yahki. I appreciate all that your you all do. Thanks also to the customer service reps for teaching me that persistence and determination brings about positive results if I / we truly looking to seek a positive outcome in life.
