My son has been a patient here for 8 years he is 9. Nicole at the front desk should not work somewhere where she has to talk to patients she is very rude and disrespectful especially infront of young children. I will change my review when she no longer works here. I asked to speak to the office manager but was told that she wasn't here and they don't know when she will be back. Then I ask someone else

I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. My referral from my pediatrician was never followed up on and I had to track them down. They mentioned being short staffed. When we went, with insurance the first visit was 425 dollars. They just talked to us, no testing, prescribed an inhaler. Two months later, pushed more meds but still hadn’t tested him to see what he may be allergic to. In the mean time he ended up in the pediatric ER. Last straw was sending the bill to an address 12 years old that my son never lived at and then putting us into collections. Can’t get an answer on why when we filled out paperwork, they didn’t enter the correct address we gave them. 3 hours and countless calls later we are done with this place. Go elsewhere.

Front desk staff are not friendly. Staff injecting in the back are good at what they do. Haven’t died of an allergic reaction yet so there’s that.

My kids have been going to this facility for almost 5 years I tried to schedule their annual appointment and the lady tells me that they haven’t been there in 3 years in which that’s a lie because my daughter had a reaction last year and had to go there and was prescribed a cream and her epi pen that she gets every year. So then she says we’ll they would be considered new patients ok that’s fine then she further goes in to say well we need a referral from the primary care. I just told her that’s ok because clearly someone dropped the ball in that office and if that’s the case and I’m telling you they have been there it’s your job to dig deeper. This office obviously needs some help and furthermore need better reps to handle situations as such because she was not helpful and to tell me they haven’t been there in 3 years makes no sense especially when they have to have their allergy form filled out each school year definitely not a office worth going to if they don’t even put your records into the system and definitely need to work on customer service skills.
