  The employee at the front desk were very helpful and answered all of my questions. Doctor Cyriaque was very friendly and got the job done really faster than expected also had the best personality.Really was a nice experience!

  The staff or exceptional. I walked in the door. I was directed to the front counter and within a few minutes all my paperwork was done, and I was waiting on my text message so I can fill out any of the other information everything everybody was professional my time in and out was very efficient. My service that was performed was done inspected in fast manner, but complete that the assistant that helped me was very knowledgeable and she was very enjoyable to be around.

  This place is terrible everyone is snobby and rude, i don’t recommend this place until they fix their nasty attitudes, i came in today and they were too busy gossiping to notice i was even there and then when they did finally notice me I wasn’t even greeted there was no type of apology for their rude behavior just a “how can I help you” this place is very unprofessional and I’d rather make a longer drive just to avoid this place.

  I wanted to provide some clarity regarding my recent drug test situation. When I went in for my specimen collection, I was not informed beforehand that a specific amount of urine was required for the test to be considered valid. The nurse assisting me told me to contact my job and let them know I would need to retake the test, and that my job could simply call the next day to confirm and schedule another specimen. I followed her instructions exactly — I called right after the appointment, but since it was after hours, I had to leave a voicemail. The next morning, I also sent an email to my recruiter to make sure the message was received. I assumed the process would be as straightforward as the nurse described. Unfortunately, I later learned from my employer that it’s not that simple and that there’s a formal process involving Human Resources and the testing facility. It has now been about 3–4 days, and HR is still waiting for the form to be returned from the testing site. I contacted the facility myself and spoke with the manager, who stated that I told the nurse I take a water pill and could urinate a lot. I clarified that what I actually said was that I take a water pill, so I shouldn’t have trouble providing a specimen — not that I could produce a certain amount. I also explained that I had used the restroom before arriving that day, and if I had known a specific volume was required, I would have waited. No paperwork was given to me when I left, and the manager said she would email me a copy of my record. That day, I did provide two specimens, but they did not meet the required amount. Now I’m just waiting for the paperwork to be sent back so that I can retake the test and move forward. This whole situation has been frustrating because I truly didn’t know about the required volume, and if I had been informed, I would have done things differently to avoid this delay.
