- LLLavencrissDec 12, 20253.0My first time coming here for an appointment went very well. This was 3 days ago. My only issue was the up front desk lady. I don't know her name unfortunately, but she sure does struggle on how to give kind impressions to the new patients or any other. This isn't a DMV. Surely she could be better by not being rude, be more specific, more helpful, kinder and not to ever snatch my debit card out of my hand again just because I was struggling how a pay pad I've never seen before worked. The three nurses that assisted me after that were so kind though :')

Having scheduled 2 appointments within a week apart and getting a phone call the morning of the appointments to cancel/reschedule is ridiculous. I will not be rescheduling an appointment at this location.
- BSBilly StallingsSep 17, 20251.0What a JOKE!! Unfortunately my personal physician retired. Unfortunately I selected SGMC!! Dr. Z is very rude, doesn't listen to her patient!! The first thing I said was im fine with my prescriptions that I have been taking and I'm not willing to switch. Her response was there are plenty of Dr's around. I make the calls now!! I had to pay my co pay up front or I would have left. I let her blow her smoke and left I talked to my other Dr and said dump her! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! SHE CLAIMS TO KNOW MORE THAN 2 OTHER REAL DOCTORS!! GET REAL LADY!! IM NOT STUPID!!
