I came from a dental office in Smithfield where I experienced horrible treatment. However, Dr Emily was so smooth and I did not feel anything hurt me. She walked me through every step and talked to me throughout my entire appointment. I would highly recommend her.
- UGUnbending GamesNov 5, 20251.0Horrible experience. Emily Daniel forgot about a patient she had in the other room for over a half hour during my 1st visit for a cleaning and x-rays. This should have been my first red flag but I gave her a 2nd chance and regret my decision. My second visit was very unprofessional. The local anesthetic took a long time to work and when she first started to drill my tooth I felt pain so we stopped and she gave me more. This still didnt work properly and when she started drilling the 2nd time I lifted my hand up to tell her to stop there was still pain she did not stop immediately and kept drilling for another second or two. She then got frustrated and got a attitude as if I have any control over the local. I asked to wait to see if the local would kick in and she responce was, "I have other patients scheduled." in a very rude tone. She then called her dad in to help and he said to wait until the local kicks in. I would have left at that point but unfortunately she had already started drilling into my tooth. We waited until I was my mouth was finaly numb. She gave me so much of the local that my throat was numb. I was breathing through my nose and had a deep exhale she took offense to that and said, "Iam tired of being here also." I have never seen such unprofessional behavior from a dentist. Emily Daniel is by far the rudest and most unprofessional dentist I have had and I will not be going back. If I could give the place 0 stars I would but 1 star is as low as the rating system allows.

Her assistant Emily treated me very well, and Anna at the front desk helped me to understand my insurance benefits. And I love my teeth. Everything was great!
- GWGreg WilsonJun 26, 20185.0I was in Charleston SC and call Dr. Daniels office and they had Dr. Fuller who was filling in for Daniels to call in antibiotic for me in Charleston until they could see me Tuesday when I returned from my trip. Fuller was able to fix the cracked tooth for me on Tuesday morning. Daniels has a friendly and out standing staff.
