  I have never been terminated from seeing a doctor!! I believe the office got upset because I told them for me to get forms filled out was too expensive $189 is too expensive for me to get my Doctor Who is supposed to care about me to fill out forms! I paid the 189 once, but then when they want it again, other forms filled out, he wanted to charge me even more money. I said something about it and my statement was Dr. Shukla seemed like he was more about the money instead of my care. And it seem like his attitude changed towards me when I declined the TMS. That is a scary thing for me, magnets, and all this other stuff messing with my brain I don’t want that. And Angela she was so rude the reception at the front desk. Her tone on the phone came across so unprofessional. Let me know what dates you have available for the appointment instead of asking me when do I want our appointment and then you tell me they’re not available the dates I’m choosing it’s not available. My phone was acting up and since you’re just doing videos for appointments, so it was hard for me to login to get to my appointment. You tell me oh I’m not gonna charge you for that because you made the appointment for the next day and he will never know, and then when my phone acts up again, you like O I’m gonna have to charge you for the last appointment too that you missed contradicting yourself. In one breath you like oh I’m trying to help you when the whole time you’ve been rude the way that you talk to people on the phone Unprofessional. But I guess since the doctor is unprofessional, he had to get up, unprofessional receptionist, send me a letter in the mail instead of telling me when I was talking to you, that the doctor wasn’t going to see me no more because of questions I had.

  I have been a patient of Dr. Shukla for several years. I have found him to be kind, thoughtful, a great listener, and a great help. I highly recommend Dr. Shukla.

  this man doesn't even deserve one star. my mother has been going to him for two years now. he has over medicated my mother to the point where she can barely leave her room because she is so medicated by him. I believe that he has brainwashed her into a different woman. My mother is not the same person she was two years ago since seeing Dr. Shukla. I'd advise that anyone who goes to him, stop. He is a horrible excuse for a doctor.

  This place should be closed permanently. Absolutely horrible treatment of patients and general customer service.
