  Worst experience I have ever had with a psych practice. Next worst practice is his ex-wife's psych practice. Why are they both so rude to their patients? Think about that!

  I'm not usually one to write bad reviews, but this place warrants it!! This office is terrible!! If you make an appointment, please be sure you have several hours of wait time blocked off. We waited for 2 1/2 hours AFTER our appointment time one afternoon!! The receptionist is extremely RUDE and UNFRIENDLY to everyone!! She seems like a very bitter hateful woman. The doctor doesn't take the time to listen to your needs. He's paranoid that everyone coming to see him is abusing something. And he also seems like he's just in a hurry to get you out of the office...I know, seems contradictory to the waiting times. We just had a terrible experience here and wouldn't recommend him to anyone, ever!

  My first visit it took a hour wait in the waiting. The receptionist is very rude. she said I had a $20 copay. Therefore. I paid it. I see the doctor and he is very judgemental and thinks everyone is out to do bad things. (is was in a car accident in 2009 and I filled a few perceptions he assumed I was going to abuse any medicine). they schedule me to come back. I call my insurance company and ask them why it wasn't free. they said the claim was paid and member owes nothing. I have met my out of pocket maximum. I had called to inquire about how I wanted to cancel the appointment and get the $20 back. all i got was busy signals from the office. I call back today to try to get this $20 back that I shouldn't have paid. well they added a no show charge to the top of it. I tried to reason with her and explain that they owe me $20. she said I have to pay the $40 first. this office steals money from its patients. the right thing to do after getting an EOB from the insurance company that said I paid and shouldn't have to. the right thing to do would be to send me a check for what I was not suppose to pay. This establishment clearly only cares about their wallets instead of the patients they care for.
