Dr. Parlier is amazing! The whole staff here is so friendly and on top of it. I've been seeing Dr. P for 3 years, and so has my whole family. Everyone talks about how it takes a bit longer to be seen, yes it does. But that means hes THOROUGH. He knows all his patients and he's nothing short of an amazing doctor.

Absolutely horrible! The worst primary care physician ever! He's slow as molasses and comes off super creepy! I have literally never dealt with such crap and stress with a doctors office before in my life!

This place deserves zero stars. These reviews on google are really old. To see more recent reviews go to Yelp.
I’ve never dealt with a medical practice this negligent in my entire life. The one and only MD at this practice is super old, very slow, seemingly lacks knowledge and cultural competency, and does not have his patients’ best interest at heart. God bless the receptionists and nurses that have to work with this guy. My issue is not with them.
I switched practices in the beginning of the year after a long drawn out battle to get FMLA paperwork completed - and after having a few visits with the office and having to wait FOREVER to be seen. It is always a 2-3 hour visit which is ridiculous! There is also no online patient portal or way to pay bills online. The place is just extremely old fashioned and not with the times!
Recently, my special needs son needed some wellness paperwork completed to start his education program and this doctor refused to complete the paperwork even though he is the one who performed the physical for the year. His reasoning was because we left the practice. I faxed over information and called for a few days explaining the importance of the paperwork and asking for updates with no success. When I went to the office I was told that my child would have to have an additional physical by another doctor since he is no longer a patient. My son’s wellness visit had already been completed by this doctor 5 months prior and wasn’t due for another until the end of this year. At that point, i asked to to speak with the doctor. He purposely had me waiting for so long- I guess with the intention of wearing me out so that I’d leave, and at 37 weeks pregnant - needless to say, I was furious. The doctor never came out to speak to me which I thought was beyond rude.
I cannot understand for the life of me why a doctor would punish a child out of anger or pride. My son could not start school without the paperwork and the doctor did not care. To top it off, this is supposed to be a CHRISTIAN PRACTICE. Dr. Reggie Parlier’s character does not match up with his so called beliefs and it’s sad.
He eventually agreed to sign the paperwork for a $10 fee - and I had to wait for it to be emailed to me later in the day. The front desk receptionist was very helpful in relaying messages back and forth to the doctor and getting that email sent to me, but I am extremely disappointed in Dr. Parlier. For him to not even come to the front to greet or acknowledge me was extremely unprofessional, and for him to refuse for days to complete this child’s paperwork with no legal backing or policy to uphold what he was saying proves that he was operating off emotion. Horrible!
I do not recommend this practice to anyone. If you are looking for a small practice such as this one, try Gaston Family Care on E. Garrison - Dr. Schenk and NP Logan Harley. For pediatrics - go to Caromont Pediatrics - a larger practice but patient-oriented. We see Dr. Baker there who has been phenomenal from day one. Trust me on this.
