- LBL. B.Dec 24, 20252.0Went here on the advice of another patron, but I probably won't go back. The massages were fine, but I found some of the business practices a little unethical. Prior to the appointment you receive a text asking you if you've been sick, but there's no option to answer yes; you can only say no you haven't been sick and checking that box is your "digital signature" that you haven't been sick. Once, flu was actively in our home with 2 people sick and running a fever and I started feeling bad the night before so I thought I would be able to go to the text to say I am sick but that's when I discovered that's not an option. Since I started feeling bad after their office was closed, the only choice I had was to call the next day after they opened. It also gave me time to see how I felt but the next day and I felt worse. I called in the morning to say I wasn't going to be able to make it that evening because I was sick. I was told normally same day cancellation would result in a $50 fee but since it was my first time cancelling day of, they would waive the fee. So in essence, if you get sick the night before your appointment after their office closes when you're unable to speak to a person, you're penalized $50 for being sick and I find this to be unethical.
