- JRJoie Renae4 days ago1.0Do not go if you are only going for an exam. I walked in for a scheduled appt at 3pm about 10/15 minutes early. I had to repeat everything I already filled out online. As the lady is checking me in, 2 other patrons walk in. A 2nd lady greats them, they are new, same as me, only they get brought back right away. The lady asks me if we want to look at glasses while we wait, we reiterate that we are only here for the exam. Lady looks at me like I'm crazy and asks if I get my glasses elsewhere because they price match. I tell her Zenni and that we are looking for sport glasses and I didn't see any there anyway. A different guy tells me they do sell them and that he'll find some for me. He pulls some up to order that were $189. The ones on zenni are $19.99. No thanks. I tell them we'll stick with just the exam. 15 minutes later we're still sitting there without anyone acknowledging us. The lady had my insurance card in the back so I had the gentleman retrieve it for me and we left. Horrible experience.

I was offered a bottle of water and a snack. The couch was comfy while I waited for my glasses to be made same day.

The manager Lisa made the sales process pleasant with her knowledge of the products and the entire team worked well together. I took advantage of the bogo and got sunglasses as well. The atmosphere was nice with upbeat music and smiling friendly faces. They price match and BEAT competitors. I will be a returning customer.

The process took much longer than expected, and I wasn’t able to clearly read or understand much of the test material. Additionally, I was surprised to learn that the exam was conducted virtually by doctors outside the U.S., which made me question the quality and consistency of care. I hope the company improves communication and transparency about who performs the exams and ensures a smoother, more effective testing process. I would not recommend this place.
