  Do not waste your time booking with this company. We waited, literally, an hour and 33 minutes past my daughter’s appointment time only to do the “pre exam.” We walked out. Wasted the entire day and the staff was rude and unprofessional. As a medical provider myself, it was beyond understandable.

  I was very skeptical about going here after the reviews I read but my overall experience was really great. I made an appointment online, went in and I was helped before the walk in customers. I went straight back did my eye exam & was out without minutes. Only thing I was not a big fan of was during the eye exam part it was a video call with a doctor from like another country or something… not to sure about it that but when I got my prescription it was spot on so I was satisfied! The staff was 10/10 super friendly and very helpful!!!! I will be going back. I recommend for sure! Also my glasses are perfect, stylish & cute. 🙂🙂

  I thought my first visit on 12/06/25 went well until 2 weeks later when I went to pick up my new glasses and learned that the dr had written my prescription WRONG! And I mean a total 180 degrees wrong. I then had to go through the process of another eye exam on 12/19/25 which confirmed the first one was written incorrectly. A replacement order was done that day and I was told it would be another two weeks and my glasses would be ready on 01/02/26. I called that day and was told they were in & ready for pick up. I arrived at the location on 01/03/26 and given my glasses only to discover they were the ones from the first order and still had the wrong prescription. The clerk at the counter called customer service to see where the new glasses were and I was told they wouldn’t be ready for yet ANOTHER 13 days!! So the first pair took only 14 days but the correct pair takes a month??!! The reason I was given was because technically my frames are safety glasses. They are the same frames I ordered the first time that only took 2 weeks. I asked if they could somehow put a rush on the order and the clerk didn’t even have the phone number to the lab. I am very concerned that a dr can write the wrong prescription in the first place. Then to have to re-do the exam and have to wait even longer for the 2nd pair is ridiculous! All of these issues were caused by Stanton Optical and were avoidable. I am extremely frustrated and dissatisfied!

  Great experience. My wife and I both needed new glasses and were unable to get appointments with regular optometrist (3 months is a long time to wait). We visited the store on Skibo in Fayetteville. The hybrid exam (part in person and part virtual) was a bit odd, but we went with it. The staff was extremely helpful and efficient. My wife and I received our glasses after a weed and the prescription and fit was spot on. I don't know about other stores, but the one we visited was great.

  Do not go if you are only going for an exam. I walked in for a scheduled appt at 3pm about 10/15 minutes early. I had to repeat everything I already filled out online. As the lady is checking me in, 2 other patrons walk in. A 2nd lady greats them, they are new, same as me, only they get brought back right away. The lady asks me if we want to look at glasses while we wait, we reiterate that we are only here for the exam. Lady looks at me like I'm crazy and asks if I get my glasses elsewhere because they price match. I tell her Zenni and that we are looking for sport glasses and I didn't see any there anyway. A different guy tells me they do sell them and that he'll find some for me. He pulls some up to order that were $189. The ones on zenni are $19.99. No thanks. I tell them we'll stick with just the exam. 15 minutes later we're still sitting there without anyone acknowledging us. The lady had my insurance card in the back so I had the gentleman retrieve it for me and we left. Horrible experience.
