- SHSandra HuizarSep 23, 20255.0Hands down, the kindest staff that you will encounter. I’m an autistic individual with a huge dislike of medical procedures and I feel that sometimes staff can undersell or be misleading about their medical practices, this was very much NOT the case. Not only were they thorough in making sure that I felt comfortable, they made sure that I went in understanding everything that was happening , before and during the procedure. They quite literally held my hand when it all began to feel emotionally and physically overwhelming and helped me stay grounded during this difficult process. They held space in a non judgmental way, while the wait was long…I would wait again and make the drive here if ever necessary. If only all medical professionals were as compassionate as this office!

The nurse couldn't find what she was feeling for so the doctor needed to take a look at it instead. They told him to come back and have the doctor look. Okay, he came back, and it turns out they gave him the appointment time just never booked it. He was also told to bring a sample? Had to come back a third time doctor only took his sample. Some confusion where they thought my husband was post-op, which is why they needed his sample. The incompetence of this office has blown my mind. How do you mix up these things up so badly? I'm sure the doctor is great but his office staff need to get it together! Unfortunately, he will not be back.
