We are different from a gym because, regardless of your current fitness level and medical status, we know how to support your specific health and medical needs.

DJ and Bradley do an excellent job teaching group classes and offering encouragement to each person as they persevere to a healthier lifestyle. The machines are new and there are a variety of machines to work the whole body. Staff are experts in their field and provide training on each piece of equipment and also give personalized exercise tips and offer recommendations to help work areas you want to focus on. Highly recommend our Sagewell Eden gym! Go join and start your journey to a healthier version of yourself.
