They always work with my pain level that day and adjust the sessions accordingly while still making sure I'm getting the most benefit from my session. They answer all of my questions and concerns and motivate me when needed. Very knowledgeable and professional but still personable and great to work with. All of the staff I've encountered have been really nice and special kudos to the front desk check in lady (sorry I forgot her name), shes always so nice and was very helpful in getting my referral switched from Reidsville to Eden. My referral out of the hospital was for Reidsville Cone health outpatient rehab after a total hip replacement. I was going to have to wait almost a month before they could get me in which would have delayed my recovery way to long. Special thanks to Brad who recommended to my son we try Cone Health Outpatient Rehabilitation at Eden. I was able to start therapy that same week I called and have seen progress each week since going. The facility is kept very clean and has all the latest up to date equipment and I would highly recommend it.

I would recommend him to anyone. He doesn’t push me past what my knee is able to tolerate. He’s great at communicating and listening to my needs during physical therapy. Overall it’s a great experience and I look forward to therapy instead of dredging it.
