Cone Health appointment reminder called me a day before my appointment reminding me to confirm, which I did. I called Cone Health to make an appointment and was asked if I wanted to leave a call back and that I would receive a call back! I placed the call at 9:20 AM. No one returned my call! I want nothing more to do with Cone Health Cardiology! Your service department is the worse system I have ever encountered!
