- VDV DApr 5, 20255.0Nicole is truly a gem. I chose to not go the GLP-1 route and just follow the PhysiciansFast diet. This space has really shown me that it is possible! Nicole has made herself so available to me that if I have any questions or concerns, I can get an answer almost immediately. I would 10/10 recommend this facility to anyone who has struggled for years on end and needs a new approach. You won't regret it!
