  I have always struggled with weight loss and staying on track. When I started coming to Physicians weight loss in Durham I was worried I would have the same problem. Things work for a little while or I would get tired of it and quit when it got hard. 2 years this May I have stuck with them and they have helped me not only with my weight but my ability to do anything I put my mind to. Thank you Nicole and Rob for being not just my weight loss coach but family.

  I absolutely love PWLC. I struggled so much with weight loss after college. I tried all sorts of diets, fasting, and exercises. It was always frustrating to get on to the scale and see it continue to go up despite my efforts. I was on and off with my weight loss journey and PCOS for three years. It was until my brother reached out to me about PWLC. His wife and him were not always the healthiest people, but I had noticed a change in them. They had built a healthier lifestyle. As they started to lose weight, they also became more confident, and I also wanted that. Coming to PWLC, Nicole and Rob were so welcoming and nonjudgemental. They really get to know you and are always encouraging. I love PWLC because they offer all sorts of resources for their clients and most importantly to me, they offer accountability which is what I felt like I always lacked in my previous weight loss journeys. Nicole is always looking for supplements that are not only nutritious, but delicious as well. Starting off as a night shift nurse, they came up with a plan for me and always worked around my schedule. To lose 10lbs, was my only goal, but as the weeks went on, I continued to see the scale go down. Now, my journey has not been perfect, there have been a lot of ups and downs, but it is nice to see Nicole and Rob always cheering me on. It has been long weight loss journey, especially with my PCOS, but PWLC has made what I one time felt impossible, become reality.

  Very good. I lost 20 lbs within a reasonable amount of time. Nicole is very kind and sweet, never judges you but rather helps you to be better. Also the place is always clean and smells nice and their price is very reasonable. My goal is to compete and I am already seeing my abs showing.... Will definatley recommend this place

  I would like to recommend this program to anyone wanting to loose weight, The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and keep you on the right track. I've always had trouble loosing weight but have been able to do so here and can maintain what I'm loosing. 7/24/17
