After years of having everyone in my world repeat themselves, I gave in to my Scotch Irish thrift and made an appointment. Holly Manchu was the audiologist who saw me. She, with the patience of Job, tested both ears and answered all my questions. I chose the model that had the features I wanted. I stayed away from the model that had too many bells and whistles. Holly was very understanding and within minutes had them programed and inserted into my ears. Wow, what a world of difference to hear and understand someone the first time. I have been going back once a month so they could clean and adjust them as needed. I feel so comfortable going there. Like going to a close friends. Everyone at AudioNova is so pleasant to deal with. They deserve more than 5 Stares. Anyone and everyone needing help with hearing would do well going to see these great people. They are 5 cuts above the national box stores.

I didn’t have an appointment but I was tired of my dad not being able to hear good WITH his hearing aids on. Jeffrey greeted us at the front desk and after I told him the situation he asked to see my dad’s hearing aids. He then proceeded to check, clean and replace the filters while we stood there and watched him. He also took the time to explain what he was doing so that I could do the same task for my dad in the future when his hearing aids got clogged up again with ear goop. Such a nice guy. Such excellent service. I will bring my dad back there again for follow up hearing tests and services. Kudos to a job well done.
