The teachers, owner, support staff and community is beyond words. The facility is welcoming and clean. I recommend, to most, to add yoga to your routine. It will help you physically and most of all mentally. Namaste.

You can tell she has such a passion for yoga and overall she is exactly what I look for in a yoga teacher. My only complaint is that I wish the actual studio had fans! Or bet ac maybe? I have been doing hot and heated yoga for 6 years and have never suffered as much during savasana as I did in this studio 😭. Savasana at the end of a hot power yoga class is usually a relief but trying to relax and ground yourself in a room that feels like it’s only getting hotter and hotter is definitely a challenge. Aside from that, this YogaSix location was really great and if I ever move back to Lake Norman I’d be happy to take classes there again!
