I let them pick out all four of my frames and I get compliments all the time and I am extremely happy. They are very extremely friendly and I evenhad a repair that I needed on another pair of glasses and they were so generous that they did it for free. It’s a great place and have the best frames selection and the best prices.

They advertise glasses for $135 or $79 for 2 pairs with a “free eye exam,” but it’s a complete scam. We went in after being quoted $135 and were suddenly told the total would be $830. Absolutely dishonest business practices. Don’t fall for it.
- NMNick MaurizioOct 29, 20251.0These reviews have got to be bought. Let me start off by saying it was odd from the store. It is not your usual optical place. I get in there. They run a few tests on my eyes as normal, then she says come on into this room and the doctor will be on the screen to assist you with your appointment. So I’m sitting there, looking through a mirror that is supposed to be pointing at a screen apparently. I hear some guy start talking so I start looking around in the mirror to see if I can find the screen is on, nope. They had the thing set up so awkwardly you couldn’t even see the doctor. So I told him, sir I can’t even see you, but I can hear you. So I had to wait for this assistant to come back in do some adjustments, took some time as she can’t figure out where I’m seeing in the mirror if that makes sense. Finally she gets it adjusted so I can see the doctor on the screen, it was really odd. It seems like he was in another country or something. Go through the appointment virtually with him on the screen, get done and get my temporary contacts. That’s all I was really after was contact so I really don’t care about all the other stuff. So then she’s like what’s your insurance, I tell her. She tells me that their protocol is basically the customers reaching out to the insurance and filing the claim, not them. So I had to sit down and call my insurance and do a bunch of stuff. I don’t usually do at an optical place. Long story short, go to pay, goes through on my end. Go to leave and she’s like wait, the payment didn’t go through. So I look on my bank app and it shows it went through, called my bank and they said yes it went through. So I left, she calls later on and says it didn’t go through. So I called my bank again and they’re like yes it definitely went through. Tell them they need to call their bank. So it seems like from start to finish there was issues. Seems like a third-party trying to be a optical place. If you ask me. This morning I went and disputed the transaction and got my money back, it definitely went through.

This was my first experience which was one of the greatest experience I've had. Getting my getting my glasses. There was a young man greeted us just as we came in the door I made an appointment not only for myself but for my girlfriend as well, the young man QUAYL was very professional. You couldn't get no more professional than that. He knew the business and young lady that assist him we had fun lots of laughter during our visit..
