- DSDiana SwensonAug 13, 20255.0The nurses are always so pleasant. The building is clean, the chairs are comfortable both to fill out the screening and to donate blood. I do whole blood but you can donate plasma and double reds with an appointment. Easy to get an appointment with the online app. Snack area after donation also. Feels good to know you're helping other people.
- SNSarah NaylorMay 13, 20233.0My dad and I have been coming here for several months and it’s always been super clean, a smooth experience and nice employees. However, today wasn’t the greatest experience. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a very rude employee with her mouth full of food asking if I had an appointment and she just had a bad attitude. She was the one that did my dads whole donation process and afterwards he told me how hateful she was. I thankfully had a super nice girl, I believe her name was Jay and she was very friendly. She stood and talked with me and made sure I was okay since I’ve had bad reactions to donating in the past. I would definitely recommend her. But I don’t think this is the place for someone so rude to be working. Donating blood causes me to have some anxiety and today I know I would’ve felt horrible if this rude lady took care of me.

- JTJ teamJan 9, 20195.0Great staff, prompt and professional. Ive never had issues with accessing IV and the chairs are comfy. One down side... they removed the TV for viewing purposes so the facility is awkwardly quiet. Bring back the TV please!
