The young lady who came in to start my ear exam was courteous but I was not told she was a student and found out only after the PA came in. I would have preferred to know beforehand so I would have had a choice. All students have to learn, but the patient should be told from the beginning, and the doctor or PA should introduce the student and ask if its ok for the student to proceed with the exam, etc. This has always been my previous experiences. My ear problem was resolved. Overall my experience was satisfactory.
