Thank you, Thank you, Thank you… To Miss GiGi, Rhonda, and Store Manager Terra!! These Ladies Helped Me Out W/Top Tier Customer Service! I Couldn’t Even See My Insurance Information In My Phone But Miss GiGi, Took The Lead and Handled It From There. Manager Terra Assisted w/The Frame Selection and Mrs. Rhonda Informed Me That Walking Around Unable To See Is Not A Good Idea! I Love These Ladies and I Recommend Anyone Who Needs Glasses To Go and Check Them Out at The Albemarle Rd. location!! 🩷

There were multiple employees present and one customer and it took them over ten minutes to acknowledge my presence or even say we’ll be with you in a moment. Just left Stanton. When I mentioned my name and said I was there to pick up contacts. The associate walked back to the manager and whispered. The manager came up to the front and mentioned the one star review I gave them. She told me that their reviews are good and I was wrong to give her one star. She didn’t make an effort to understand the experience that I had when I came in. Earlier when I came in they were unwelcoming and when I came back after leaving a review they were combative. There wasn’t any empathy about the experience that I had. Somehow I had an even worse experience when I was coming in to pick up contacts and leave.

They show patience and explain various options to help customers make the best selection possible. Even when busy each customer is cheerfully greeted and acknowledged upon entering this location. I love that they support local schools by offering needed eye exams to students and collecting supplies.

This experience was the complete opposite of the usual stressful glasses-shopping process. There were tons of options, everything was organized, and the whole “try them on / set them aside to be cleaned” flow was easy and honestly gave a clean, healthy vibe. Tara was fabulous in every way—knowledgeable, helpful, genuinely complimentary, fun, and still totally professional. My boyfriend came with me and we both agree: Tara saved our relationship (and probably the lives of many people) now that I have the right pair of glasses and can actually drive at night. 😂 Highly recommend Stanton Optical—and ask for Tara!
