Octavia was very thorough and knowledgeable in walking me through the tests and steps needed to get my updated prescription. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. Preinsurance/coupon prices seemed high, but my out of pocket price was brought to well within what I've paid elsewhere for glasses with my yearly exam and included longer damage coverage. I appreciate the easy color code frame pricing

We laugh and had fun as i waited on my glasses even the customer, that was in there with me. Even had a good laugh in a professional kind of way. I would always recommend them. - NTNick TaggartDec 15, 20251.0Please do not fall for this scam. There is no doctor here whatsoever. The “eye exam” is a joke. It’s a person in India on a television screen remotely operating the machine checking your vision. They will let you get to the end of the “exam” before they tell you there is no actual doctor there and your insurance isn’t going to cover the exam “unless you buy something”. I’ll admit they got me at first, but as time goes on you start to feel like you’re in a mattress store or something. Please do not fall for this overseas scam.
