- IRIleana RomanDec 29, 20255.0My visit to Stanton Optical today was eventful, as you can imagine the end of the year everyone is trying to get seen before year end so it was a busy day. There was a situation with an employee and a customer that was obviously stressful to the staff. I can honestly say that Crystal, Alicia and all the staff present not only kept calm, professional, efficient and pleasant but didn't skip a beat making sure everyone was taken care of as soon as possible. The wait time was longer due to the employee leaving and they staying short but the fact that they maintained a great attitude ensured everyone was pleased. I commend Alicia and Crystal.
