Jayda helped me with the eye exam and with getting my selected frames shipped to my address since they wouldn't be ready that day. The 2 for $79 with free exam deal is real, the frames available for that price are pretty ugly and low quality but considering the eye exam alone is more than $79 elsewhere it's a great deal. I would definitely recommend going here.
- GOGersel OropezaOct 2, 20251.0I purchased a pair of bifocal glasses here two months ago. Four separate attempts have been made to get them right, and every single one has failed. We went so far as to change the frames, which only confirmed that the fault is entirely with the lab's inability to produce correct lenses. This is a massive failure in quality control. While the female staff, the young female assistant and especially Miss Chiquita, were lovely and I appreciate their efforts, the service I received from Mr. Chan was unacceptable. After two months of being incredibly patient, when I finally asked for a refund, his face and attitude changed drastically. I had to ask him directly why he was acting like this, as the repeated failures are the store's responsibility, not mine. ****A GOOD Advise: This level of poor quality lab that you are using and the disrespectful customer service from Mr. Chan is a major issue. You need to find a competent lab. ****GOOD Note: they gave me my refund right away.
