- JMJim MillerSep 2, 20251.0I didn’t have the chance to be treated by Dr. Borns and here’s why. I booked an appointment almost a month ago after seeing the great reviews. I took the day off work and arrived early, only to find the office closed and locked. A nurse from another office told me the space was unusable due to a recent car accident. I never received a call or text about rescheduling. I understand unexpected events happen, but the lack of communication was disappointing. I won’t be rescheduling.

- JEJuju EJul 12, 20251.0They did an ingrown nail removal on an infected toe and gave me cellulitis while telling me i was fine so I ended up paying 10K in the ER and almost lost a toe to sepsis while taking 5 antibiotics a day. I made an emergency follow up appt where the receptionist was so sweet but the podiatrist saw me for 5 minutes telling me it’s normal without even examining my toe while ignoring my questions and concerns. I also sent five pictures of obviously infected toes to the on call doctors who said I was fine but could prescribe antibiotics “if I want them”. If I did not take charge of my health and work in the heal care system I could have easily developed sepsis. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
- KTkatrina toddJul 7, 20255.0The complete staff was professional and thoughtful. I had extremly painful calluses on both and side of my foot. The doctor did a great job in removing them. It lessen the pain in just a mintues. I would highly recommend this foot and ankle specialist.
