When she heard I was coming to Waxhaw, she was effusive in her praise of Promenade, and gave me their contact info. And I am so glad she did! The care is absolutely superb. Professionally run office, great / friendly admin & scheduling staff, wonderful Dental Hygienists, and their Dentists are the best! This is the FIRST time I exited a Dental Office and the admin staff said "Nope, you don't owe us anything. Your insurance took care of everything!" I don't have a separate dental insurance plan. These folks were able (and willing!) to check my Medicare benefits, and file for coverage with my Health Plan. I've never seen a Dental Office willing to do that. Great care, and they go above and beyond to work with you on your health plan coverage. And this great combination is creating expansion in their office with additional treatment rooms and office space! Love this practice!!!
