I kind of freaked out and both the support staff and Dr. Bliss were so kind and patient with me throughout and following the procedure. When I get my annual exam at this clinic, they are more thorough and I really feel heard hear compared to other OBGYNs I have been to.

Found out the hard way today when arriving for my appointment that they no longer accept my insurance, and that they haven't "for a while", apparently because of some recent bill passed. Not sure why they couldn't have bothered to make a courtesy call to let me know, instead of having me waste my time driving there. And to really seal the deal on this awful experience, they gave a list of centers that would accept my insurance, so I call the first place on the list and wouldn't you know it, the number is outdated of course. It sent me to some random facility in California who, not to mention, had an exceptional rude clerk. It was a day filled with absolute embarrassment. I'm relieved that my insurance is no longer accepted, as I can no longer stand by an establishment like this that could be so unhelpful and disrespectful to women.
