  Charlotte has been in need of an all inclusive wellness spa for a long time and Pause met all of my needs! With a welcoming atmosphere and professional, knowledgeable staff, I have utilized their contrast therapy and cryotherapy services along with vitamin shots. Will definitely let the Pause team continue to take great care of me!

  Such a beautiful studio. Everything was absolutely stunning. Maya greeted me at the front and was incredibly warm and welcoming. She gave me an informative tour that allowed me to get a full understanding of all of the services. I chose the contour therapy and it was perfect. Looking forward to trying all of the other services. A wonderful experience!

  Pause Studio is a beautiful, clean, and welcoming space. From the moment you walk in, there’s an immediate sense of relaxation and calm. The staff is incredibly friendly and takes the time to thoroughly break down each service and option available, which makes the experience feel personalized and stress-free. There are so many wellness services to choose from, and the aesthetic of the studio is absolutely stunning. Highly recommend for anyone looking to prioritize their wellness in a peaceful environment.

  This is my favorite place for recovery and unplugging. They have the best contrast therapy suites, floating pods, LED therapy, compression therapy, vitamin shots and so much more! I always leave feeling revived and refreshed after my sessions at Pause. They also have the best team, which makes every experience that much more spectacular. If you haven't tried their amazing services yet - do yourself a favor and schedule your first visit asap!

  I had an incredible experience at Pause Studio in the Arboretum. From the moment you walk in, the space feels calm, intentional, and thoughtfully designed. The staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping you feel your best. I tried the recovery services and left feeling completely reset—both physically and mentally. Everything was clean, professional, and well explained, which made the experience comfortable and relaxing. Pause Studio is a great addition to the Arboretum area and a must-visit for anyone looking to prioritize recovery, wellness, and performance. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends and colleagues.
