- BKBrianne KenyonJan 5, 20265.0So very happy with my experience here! I can’t remember the name of the lady who did the blood donation but she has been working there for 11 years and was fantastic! I went there for a therapeutic phlebotomy ordered by my physician and was very nervous for my first ever blood donation. It went soo smooth and much better than I could have expected. Thank you to that lady who put my fears at ease. Would highly recommend going here if you need/want to donate blood.
- DDdUdErOckNov 3, 20255.0It’s been sometime since I donated blood for this organization but the opportunity presented itself and so I visited their Community House location in Charlotte. The staff was great and I had a very pleasant donating experience. The facilities were very well maintained and the equipment appeared to be relatively new. Again, I would note the professionalism, attentiveness and appreciativeness given by the staff. I will definitely donate blood here again.

- SQSean QuarmbyJun 11, 20241.0I am a dedicated and routine blood donor at this location in Ballantyne. Recently there have been more junior technicians drawing blood. Today was awful. There seems to be a lack of experience more prevalent at this location. The tech. attempted to withdraw blood and went through the vein causing blood to spill on the arm of the chair. A supervisor came over and asked if I was in pain. I said yes it hurts a lot. She withdrew the needle and the pain was something else. We had to discontinue. I’m upset because for many reasons I want to continue giving blood but with more seasoned technicians. The supervisor informed that there is no real way to make that request certain. I asked if there was a specific Oneblood facility that had more senior technicians and she wouldn’t say. I am pretty upset about this. Pain is pain yet I still want to give.
