Everyone was personable, respectful, and genuinely concerned about my condition. I would especially like to recognize Tabazeya, Natalie, and Jocelyn for their professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness. Their level of care truly stood out, and I sincerely appreciated the experience. Highly recommend this location.

The nurse stuck me twice to the same spot I was doing a TB test stuck me the first time and she said it was not penetrating. That means the medication never went in properly and she stuck me for the second time at the same spot. This make my hand very painful and swelling up I have never experienced TB test, swelling, my hair like this up to now it been over six days. My hand is still swollen and there’s a big nut in my hand and they have to re-positive I believe if I was not stuck two times at the same spot, it was never going to affect my hand
