- KCKameisha CJan 5, 20264.0I gave 4 stars only because I felt like when I came in being it was super slow and maybe three ppl waiting I wasn’t greeted properly or professionally and the wait was just far too long for a drug test however the excellent service I received from the young lady that performed my DOT urinalysis was beyond exceptional made it so pleasant and welcoming with her engagement it was greatly appreciated…Best Concentra experience thus far and I have had numerous visits at a number of locations.

She's always there, and I'm always thinking if I could bypass her to a different person or choose another location. When I thought meeting her and her negative energy was over, I went in to meet another one who was to take my specimen. This one also had an attitude, angry, especially when I asked questions like, "Is that all, or am I getting physical?" The front office staff has always been like that with so much attitude. Then I asked her about the same thing she was asking me to do, like signing, which I had done before entering. She looked at me with bad eyes and said, "You still have to do it." You've got the wrong staff, I don't even want to remember it
- JMJimmy MciverDec 22, 20251.0The PA was very unpleasant with my DOT physical sent a form for my primary doctor wanting to know what medication I take and if I’m on dialysis lol ready called for with the steps taken and I have to come right back and pay another $140 in 3 months for another physical to get my 2 years after I did this sleep study test do not recommend

She had a very very great attitude and I could tell that she takes her job seriously. The next time that I have to go in for another drug testing, I hope that she will be the one that administer the test for me!!!
