No matter what your own personal opinion is. If their faking or not…..-some do It is not your business or concern!…….Do your job, nicely-correctly. During my visit today, November 11, 2025, in Charlotte, NC, @ 8:30am (South End). The ladies in the front area, as I came through the second door, not the very front desk don’t even speak back……Just sad!…….I appreciated the friendly and helpful demeanor of the ladies in the therapy are who assisted-welcomed me with a Good morning☀️afterward. Their attitude made a significant difference in my experience today!. Conversely, I believe that staff members responsible for bringing patients back could benefit from more personable interactions. Simply speaking kindly and engaging with each patient can greatly enhance the overall experience and make patients feel valued and respected. A little kindness and direct communication go a long way in creating a welcoming environment. I encourage your team to remember that speaking to each patient makes a difference. - TLTerry LoftinNov 10, 20253.03 stars is pushing it. Went in for a DOT Physical and the first words out of the doctors mouth like all the other times is let measure your neck for a sleep study. I believe they get a kick back from the insurance companies. I've been driving 41 years no problem going to sleep to do my job but it doesn't matter here because you are going to get a study done if the doctor says it. It's like they are trained tos3nd everyone they can to get one no matter what the patient says.

After being there for an hour, checked in and waiting for the doctor they finally came in and said they don’t treat pediatric patients. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
