The provider never explained the risks and benefits, side effects, or how long it would take to work. She asked questions, told me I needed the shots, then sent me to the front desk without so much as asking me if I had questions. The provider seemed so annoyed and ready to get me out of her office. I didn’t even know how much it was going to cost until they were asking for my credit card. Then they injected me with my first dose but didn’t teach me how to do it on my own. I had to YouTube it. I want the testosterone but wish I didn’t have to go back here to get it.
