He moved in over a year ago and, during that time, he has consistently received the care and attention he’s required, even as his needs have changed. The folks working there treat him with a personal touch that is always appreciated and frequently heart-warming. The staff and management communicate well with our family, being available when we have questions and reaching out when they have information to provide – or when there are highlights to share. We feel secure knowing my uncle is at Brookdale Cary, and, even better, he enjoys being there, taking part in the numerous activities and having attention paid to him. They do a great job!

The staff has been very engaged with the patients and are always welcoming to visiting family. We recently had the opportunity to enjoy dinner during a family theme night and had a wonderful time. Every staff member has been attentive and supportive with the patients.
