She did not use water to rinse during the cleaning and left grit in my mouth. She took a personal phone call during the visit leaving me with a dry gritty mouth. She overemphasized the yellowness of my teeth and said they are the darkest she had seen. (she did, however recommend a whitening product) I have always had great cleanings and professional service with Cataloochee so this came as a surprise.

I was able to transfer my records quickly and all forms were available on-line. An estimate of the copay was also provided quickly. Dr West was great at evaluating my situation, discussing the options, and she minimized any discomfort throughout. Very happy, and grateful, to have found Cataloochee Dental!
