My husband took my 22 month old son due to a lingering cough. He was prescribed antibiotics and a cough medicine. I knew right away when my husband told me my child was too young to be given a cough medication. The pharmacist came to the window at pickup and told us not to give him the medication. It was for adults and contained alcohol and pseudoephedrine. I cannot image what would have happened if I hadn’t known better or the pharmacist hadn’t caught it.

As someone who work's in the medical field I'm highly disappointed with the care I was given. I went in with a cough and congestion. I normally end up with a sinus infection or respiratory infection this time of year. As I assumed the diagnosis was upper respiratory. However I was told to continue taking the over-the-counter meds I was currently using to treat this. No antibiotic was offered to clear it up. It's been a week since my visit and I'm no better. I've coughed until my ribs are sore. I feel as if I wasted my money going here and wasn't taken seriously. Thankfully my primary is squeezing me in today. I'll take this as a lesson learned and next time just wait to be seen by someone who knows and generally cares about my health.

Will never go back to this location again! Had to call and remind them to call my medications in. Then they only called in one of them! Front desk was also super rude! Patti needs to be trained on how to speak to people and not get them even more mad! Already filled a complaint about this office! I will only ever go see my primary from now on!

I had a great experience. Everyone was so friendly, caring, and professional from start to finish. There was a bit of a wait, but it was completely understandable since so many people were coming in sick. Once I was taken back, the staff worked quickly and efficiently to get me diagnosed and treated. I really appreciated how kind and attentive everyone was — it made me feel genuinely cared for. Thank you to the whole team for making a rough day so much easier! Thank you Adrienne and Tiffany!
