  I recently discovered a breast lump and reached out to Norville for evaluation. They were able to schedule me for an ultrasound within just two days of my breast exam at a PCP. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming, and I was seen quickly. There was no wait time at all. The medical assistants, ultrasound tech, and physician were all incredibly kind and reassuring throughout the process. I later returned for a biopsy with Dr. Peacock, and the procedure was smooth, painless, and very quick. Overall, I felt well cared for from start to finish. I highly recommend Norville to anyone in need of compassionate and efficient care!

  My appointment for a mammogram was at 4:40pm. The reason I chose this time is because my work day ends at 4:30pm. There was heavy traffic, couple that with the loss of visibility due to the sun going down, which also made it difficult to view building numbers and directional signs on the hospital campus, all resulted in my being late. As I stepped in the bldg at 4:55, the elevator didn’t come when called, so I then ran up the stairs, out of breath, to find no one there to greet me. I waited 3 minutes and someone came and told me, quite carelessly, that they only gave me 10 minutes past my appointment time to get there so they shut the machines down and left. All that being said, this facility shows absolutely NO compassion towards their patients. No empathy nor understanding was expressed. I wasn’t even asked to reschedule. At the end of the day, I am a 50 year old patient concerned about my breast health care and felt as if this facility did not.

  Had two mammograms and a biopsy. The tech who did my mammogram as well as the ladies at reception were amazing. However, my biopsy left a lot to be desired. I was told that everything was going well and that I was doing exactly as I should. But after an area that was not anesthetized was biopsied (ouch!), the procedure was terminated without having anything explained to me. The doctor later returned and said that I was clearly too anxious for the procedure. This was also noted in my medical chart as well. Had either she or the others assisting with the biopsy simply mentioned that they needed me to do something else during the procedure, I would have happily obliged. I requested the my PCP send me elsewhere to have the procedure completed the second time. It is frustrating to have a complete lack of communication from your medical team, and then to have such an issue blamed on “anxiety.” **Edit 1/5/23. I called Patient Care to speak with someone as directed from the business’ reply to my original review, and I never received a return call. (The voicemail states that someone would return my call within 24 hours.)
