- JFJulie FelmetNov 1, 20251.0I was given an appointment with Charanpreet Kaur NP at this office. I have never been seen at this office before, but they are in with my primary physician so Moses Cone Hospital set this appointment up. I was released from Mose Cone due to having a stroke. I was early to my appointment. I set in the waiting room for an hour due to me being early. I also paid my copay through my chart before walking in. I was called back weighed, then taken to a room. Within 5 minutes they came in and said they could not see me. No other explanation except I should see my primary. After being left in the room for 20 minutes. I open the door and tell them I want my copay refunded and I was leaving. Only then did I have 4 people at the facility follow me out to my car telling me I can't leave. You can't see me you can take my money, and now you tell me I can't leave that you have to make sure I am OK. This NP Charanpreet Kauer does not need to practice. I still have not gotten a refund on my copy for a visit a NP I have never seen before refuses to see me.

- JMJennifer McKinneyMar 17, 20241.0I should have cancelled my appointment when I saw the red flags of how negligent and unorganized this office is, but I needed to be seen asap and kept it. The front office staff is negligent and inconsistent with policies. They told me I could not be seen because I had not filled out paperwork prior, but nobody ever mentioned that. I showed up 10 minutes early and they couldn’t decided if they would see me or not until 15-20 minutes after my appointment time. They failed to update my information multiple times after being given my married name. I told the doctor what pharmacy I use so she could update it and it was called in to the wrong place 3 times. Will definitely not be going back or recommending anyone use this practice.
