- BTBrittany ThompsonOct 23, 20251.0I’ve been going here since I was a kid. And I’ve been fed up with their service. Every time I need a medication refill it’s always some issue. Dr sowles bleeds your insurance as much as she can. She is very dismissive. I went to a real mental health doctor earlier this year and was diagnosed with bipolar 1 but she always told me I just have mood swings I’m depressed it’s anxiety blah blah. But come to find out I’ve been bipolar my whole damn life. And now that I’m on the right meds I’m fine. But still need certain meds from Dr sowles which she refuses to fill and makes her patients wait 2-3 months for an appointment. It’s ridiculous and unprofessional.

It’s also incredibly refreshing to have Leisa as our primary care provider. Her attentive listening and clear communication gave us a strong sense of trust and comfort. - KAKelsey AndersonSep 29, 20232.0Front desk and nurses are great. The PA I saw told me ADHD goes away at age 20. Questioned everything I told her. And wouldn’t do much except tell me over and over again that she needed records from my prior doctors. I was told she would fill my inhaler prescription as a courtesy. Was sent for labs and no one called to go over them with me. Would not recommend. And I will be looking for another Dr to see.
