However, Kela, the receptionist, was extremely rude. Her crude behavior and condescending tone gives the entire establishment a bad look. Initially I thought that she was just having a bad day. However, I read other reviews of Alamance Vein and Vascular Surgery and found that two other patrons had previously mentioned that the receptionist was rude. As I was leaving the building a patron said “She’s always hateful like that”. I question why an establishment would allow her to put such a negative stain on their business! The physicians are extremely competent and kind and the facility was immaculate. Everything is fantastic once you get past the unfriendly greeting!

Realizing this office is the ONLY V&V within a 30 mile radius & it’s main physician is in the office 1.5 days per week, please don’t place much hope in seeing a Dr ASAP in this facility! As for front reception I have one word..RUDE! Would not recommend to anyone EVER.
